1. Surprise Travel Concept

• The core idea of HiddenHues is surprise trips. The destination will only be revealed once you arrive, unless otherwise specified.

• Travelers can select their preferences (mountains, sea, desert, historical, offbeat, etc.) and share previous travel history to avoid repeats.

2. Booking & Payments

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

• Prices include transportation (pickup and drop from your specified location), accommodation, activities, and meals as per the package.

• Personal expenses such as shopping, additional meals, and special requests are not included.

3. Eligibility

• Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book a trip. Minors can travel with a parent or legal guardian.

• All travelers are required to carry valid government-issued ID proof.

4. Health & Safety

• Travelers must disclose any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking.

• Our tour managers will assist in emergencies, but personal medication and health precautions are the traveler’s responsibility.

• HiddenHues reserves the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unfit for travel.

5. Responsibilities

• HiddenHues manages all arrangements, including logistics, accommodation, and planned activities.

• Travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards fellow travelers, locals, and staff.

• Any damage to property caused by a traveler will be their responsibility.

6. Cancellations & Changes by HiddenHues

• HiddenHues may alter or cancel trips due to weather, natural calamities, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternate trip or full refund will be offered.
